Vardhman Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of Listing Agreement and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Company has decided that the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from January 07, 2015 (09:00 a.m.) and will re-open 24 hours after the Un-audited Financial results for the quarter/nine-months ended December 31, 2014 are made public.
