Varun Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 13, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the Delisting Proposal Pursuant to Clause 36 (7) (iv) of the Listing Agreement and in accordance with Section 8(1)(a) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 of the Companys Shares from National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) in terms of the Voluntary Delisting Guidelines/Norms prescribed under the SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003 and any other law as may be applicable.<br/><br/>The Companys shares will remain continue to be listed at BSE Ltd.
