| Vascon Engineers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, to consider and approve following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider, approve and take on record the quarterly Unaudited Financial Results of the Company along with limited review report of the Statutory Auditors for the quarter ending December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider and if thought fit, approve the Scheme of Amalgamation of Vascon Pricol Infrastructures Limited, Vascon Dwellings Private Limited, Wind Flower Properties Private Limited, Floriana Properties Private Limited, IT-Citi Infopark Private Limited, Just Homes (India) Private Limited, Greystone Premises Private Limited, Shreyas Strategists Private Limited, Sansara Developers India Private Limited, Sunflower Real Estate Developers Private Limited and Angelica Properties Private Limited with Vascon Engineers Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 or corresponding provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and shall include any statutory modifications, re-enactment or amendments thereof. | |
