Vascon Engineers Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has acquired the remaining 35% stake i.e 3,500 [Three Thousand Five Hundred] shares of Greystone Premises Private Limited ('Greystone'], from M/s. Pristine Buildcon Private Limited for total consideration of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only], which is paid in cash.<BR><BR>After this acquisition Greystone has become a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Vascon Engineers Limited.<BR><BR>Greystone was formed with the main object of real estate activities. Presently Greystone is not doing any business. This acquisition does not fall under Related Party Transaction.
