Vascon Engineers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2015, have discussed and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. The Company has appointed Ms. Sowmya Moorthy as an Additional Non Executive Non Independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. The Company has appointed Dr. K. R. Chandratre, Company Secretary in Practice, as Secretarial Auditor pursuant to Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 for conducting Secretarial Audit for the year 2014-15.
