Vedanta Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has submitted its Notice for Closure of Trading Window for the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for First Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In compliance with the Companys Insider Trading Prohibition Policy, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all its Designated Employees shall be closed from July 15, 2015 to July 31, 2015 as defined under the Policy.
