Pursuant to sub clause (2) and (6) of Clause 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 16th March, 2017 has: A. Appointed Mr. Jiwan Kumar Handa as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 1st April, 2017 and; B. Appointed Mr. Rohan Ajay Bhagwat as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 1st April, 2017.
