Venus Universal Ltd has informed BSE that the resignation of Mr. Vasant Onkar Patil from the Post of Managing Director, and appointment of Mr, Vasant Onkar Patil as a Executive Director. Further the Company inform that the appointment of Mrs. Arpana Vasant Patil as a new Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. August 01, 2012 in Board Meeting held on July 31, 2012.
