To consider and take on record the financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 and submit to auditor of the Company for limited review.<br/><br/>2. To make discussion on infusion of funds in the business of the company and consider various alternatives available for it and authorize directors of the company to adopt suitable alternative for the same.
