| Vertex Spinning Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 09, 2014, has considered and approved the consolidation of face value of Equity Shares of the Company from Rs. 1/- to Rs. 10/- per Share.<br/><br/>Further the Board had decided to call an Extra-Ordinary Meeting of shareholders of the Company on August 08, 2014 at <br/>4.00 P.M. to obtain necessary approval from the members of the Company. | |
