Vesuvius India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting scheduled to be held on February 26, 2016 will consider the annual accounts of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2015 and recommendation of dividend to be declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
