With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Viceroy Hotels to Exit Upcoming Bangalore Project", Viceroy Hotels Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<br/><br/>"1. We hereby confirm that the above article has been published without our knowledge and the Company was unaware of any such information and the news published stating "Hyderabad's Viceroy Hotels may Exit Bangalore Project was false.<br/><br/>2. We further confirm that there are no such negotiations that were taking place.<br/><br/>3. We further confirm that either ourselves/company aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges which could explain the movement (increase in Scrip by 9.47%) in the trading".
