Viceroy Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 22, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 14, 2014 to May 23, 2014 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open from May 24, 2014.
