Mr. Mihir B. Manek is re-appointed as Joint Managing Director in the Company for the tenure of 5 years w.e.f. July 15, 2015, subject to the approvals of Members in the General Meeting.<BR><BR>2. Appointed M/s. Hemanshu Kapadia & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, as Secretarial Auditor for the year 2015-16.
