| Vijay Shanthi Builders Ltd has informed BSE that the adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was initially held on May 29, 2015 to approve the Financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2015 and further adjourned to a date to be determined by the Chairman of the meeting as already intimated to the exchanges vide letter dated May 30, 2015, shall now be held on June 11, 2015, to transact the businesses which were left incomplete at the said Board Meeting held on the May 29, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window in respect of the Company's securities shall remain closed for all the Directors/officers/ Designated Employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on June 10, 2015 till the close of the trading hours of June 13, 2015 as per the code of internal procedure and Conduct of Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company read with Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. | |
