Vijay Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Kamini Gupta has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from February 11, 2015 to fill the vacancy caused due to resignation of Shri K. Bhupal Reddy, Non-Executive Independent Director. Further Ms. Kamini Gupta will be a Non-Executive Woman Director on the Board of the Company.
