Please note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 12th August, 2017, at 12.30 P.M .at the Registered Office of the Company for the purpose of considering the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 has been postponed to Monday, 28th August, 2017 at 12:30 p.m at the registered office of the Company to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 and any other business with the permission of the Chair .
