VIJAYA BANK - Fixes Book Closure for Final Dividend & AGM (Cut-off date for e-voting)

Vijaya Bank has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 16, 2015 to June 22, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on June 22, 2015.<BR><BR>The dividend as recommended by the Board, if declared at the Annual General Meeting shall be paid before July 21, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, The cut-off date for determining voting rights will be June 15, 2015.
