With reference to the earlier letter dated November 07, 2016, Vijaya Bank has now informed BSE that Bank has successfully raised Basel III compliant Additional Tier- I Bonds (Series IV) of Rs. 325 Crores through private placement on January 17, 2017 at coupon rate of 10.49% p.a.
