Vijaya Bank has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on May 12, 2016 to adopt the Financial Results of the Bank for the year ended March 31, 2016, has not recommended any dividend on the shares of the Bank for the Financial Year 2015-16.
