Vijaya Bank has informed BSE that Shri. Sanjay Kumar has been nominated as Government Nominee Director on the Board of the Bank vice Shri. V K Chopra with effect from the date of notification of the appointment, in terms of Government of India notification dated September 12, 2014, under clause (b) of sub section 3 of section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act 1980.
