Vijaya Bank has informed BSE that the tenure of Shri V K Chopra, Govt. Nominee Director appointed Clause (b) of Sub Sec.3 of Sec.9 of Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 read with sub Clause 1 of Clause 3 of the Nationalized Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme 1980, has come to an end on July 31, 2014 on his attaining superannuation.
