Vijaya Bank has informed BSE that Shri Kishore Kumar Sansi has been appointed as Managing Director & CEO of the Bank under Clause (a) of Sub Section 3 of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 w.e.f. January 01, 2015, upto the age of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri V. Kannan, who retired from the services of the Bank on December 31, 2014 on his attaining superannuation.
