Vimal Oil & Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To recommend the dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2015.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the trading window, for dealing in shares of the Company, shall closed from May 20, 2015 and re-open after the completion of forty-eight hours (after the information become generally available). Hence all Designated / Connected Persons shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
