Vimta Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Mr. P. Sankaraiah would be retiring from his office on June 30, 2015. The Board in its meeting held on May 28, 2015 appointed Mr. M. Murali Mohan Rao, Associate Vice President - Finance, as Chief Financial Officer to take the charge of office of CFO effective from July 01, 2015.
