Vimta Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Re. 1/- (One rupee only) per share with face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2014-15, subject to approval of the Bankers and Members in their ensuing Annual General Meeting.
