Vimta Labs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter and for the Financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that the Board proposed to consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, in the above said meeting.
