With reference to the earlier letter dated July 22, 2014, regarding Board Meeting to be held on August 02, 2014, Vinati Organics Ltd has now informed BSE that pursuant to Closure of Trading Window in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading window will be closed for the Directors, Employees and Auditors of the Company from July 28, 2014 till August 02, 2014 and the Directors, Employees and Auditors including their dependants are therefore not permitted to deal in the shares of the Company till August 02, 2014.
