Vindhya Telelinks Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014. The quarterly results shall be submitted for a Limited Review by the Statutory auditors of the Company.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said code of the Company from October 31, 2014 to November 11, 2014.
