Vindhya Telelinks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2016, <BR>has recommended Dividend of Rs.6/- per share (i.e.60%) on 1,18,50,863 Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2015-16, subject to approval of the same by the Shareholders in the ensuing Thirty Third Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR>
