With reference to the provisions of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Board of Directors have appointed Shri Jagdish Singh Dalal, an Independent Director on the Board, as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board, in the absence of Shri Satish Chand, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, who is visiting abroad from the period 03/05/2017 till 02/06/2017, and who will take charge of Chairman of the Audit Committee after arrival to India. A certified copy of the Board Resolution passed in this context is enclosed herewith for your intimation and reference purposes.
