With reference to the provisions of Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Sixteenth (16th) meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 2nd day of May 2017, to consider, discuss and appoint the Chairman of the Audit Committee in place of Shri Satish Chand, who is not available in India during the period from 03.05.2017 till 02.06.2017 due to his visit to abroad along with his family members, along with other agenda items.
