Virat Crane Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, to consider the following material matter.<BR><BR>- To consider and approve un-Audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per code of conduct for prevention of insider trading adopted by the company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain be closed from February 12, 2017 till 48 hours alter the financial results become generally available to pubic, for all directors and designated persons of the Company.
