| Virat Crane Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.50/-ps per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each (5% of the paid up share capital of the Company) for the Financial Year 2015-16. The Board of Directors has earlier declared an interim dividend @ 5% of i.e., Rs. 0.50/-ps per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each at its meeting held on March 10, 2016. The total Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2016 amounts to Rs.1.00/- i.e. (10%) per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each. The final dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. | |
