Visa Steel Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the disclosure received from VISA Infrastructure Limited under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 VISA Infrastructure Limited has ceased to be the holding company of the Company with effect from April 22 2015. However, VISA Infrastructure Limited and VISA International Limited (VIL) continue to be part of the promoter and promoter group holding in aggregate 76,573,000 equity shares (69.62%).
