| Visagar Polytex Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:<br/><br/>1. To adopt Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014;<br/><br/>2. To adopt and approve the Balance Sheet for the year ended June 30, 2014 together with Profit and Loss Account as at that date and Report of the Directors;<br/><br/>3. To recommend a dividend, if any for the F.Y. 2013-14.<br/><br/>Further, in accordance with Model Code of Conduct pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 1992, and the Code of Conduct framed for Prevention of Insider Trading by the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from August 25, 2014 and would open on September 02, 2014, i.e., after the announcement of the audited financial results to the public. | |
