Visaka Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 25, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended on June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the aforesaid purpose the trading window of the Company will remain closed for the period from July 21, 2014 to July 26, 2014 (both days inclusive).
