Visaka Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 10, 2016, inter alia, to:<BR><BR>1. consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter / year ended March 31, 2016 and<BR><BR>2. consider recommending dividend, if any for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, in above connection the trading window of the Company will remain closed for the period from May 03, 2016 to May 12, 2016.
