Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. The proposal for change of name of the Company. The new name of the Company shall be subject to the approval of Shareholders and Ministry of Corporate Affairs and any other approval from other regulatory authorities, required, if any.<BR><BR>2. Appointed Ms. Garima Singh as the Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. May 25, 2015.
