| Vivimed Labs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the un audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from February 01, 2016 to February 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of un audited financial results is made. | |
