Vivimed Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting for considering/approving the un audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 will be held on August 14, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from August 1, 2015 to August 14. 2015 (both days inclusive and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of audited financial results is made.
