Vivimed Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 26, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The dividend on Equity Shares, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid/dispatch the warrants between on or after October 01, 2014 and on or before October 29, 2014.
