Vivimed Labs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 and recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further, in view of this, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 18, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of audited financial results is made.
