Vivimed Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is providing e-voting facility for all resolutions to be passed at Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 30, 2014. The e-voting period commences on September 23, 2014 (9:00 A.M.) and ends on September 25, 2014 (6:00 P.M.). The voting rights of Shareholders shall be in proportion to their shares of the paid up equity share capital of the Company as on August 29, 2014. For e-voting facility Company is availing CDSL services.
