VLS Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Closure of Trading Window<BR><BR>"Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed from February 03, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. It is clarified that "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed for concerned persons as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The aforesaid closure of trading window is not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them.
