WABCO India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is being convened on January 23, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, as per the code of conduct of insider trading regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from January 08, 2015 to January 24, 2015 (both days inclusive).
