Notice is hereby given that, the directors of the company, at their meeting of Audit committee and Board to be held on 18th May 2017, will be considering the audited financial results of the company for the quarter/ year ending 31st March 2017. Hence, the trading window for dealing in the company's scrips will remain closed from 20th March 2017 to 20th May 2017 (Commencing 10 days prior to close of the quarter and ending after 48 hours of the Board meeting) in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading. All insiders are requested to make note of this intimation and not to deal with purchase or sale of the company's shares during the period of closure of trading window.
