Walchandnagar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 29, 2014, inter alia, have :<BR><BR>1. Recommended dividend of 20 % on the equity shares of Rs. 2/- each i.e. Rs. 0.40/- (paise forty Only) per share. The dividend shall be paid on February 25, 2015.
