Walchandnagar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results and Segment-wise Financial Report of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from February 02, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive).
