Walchandnagar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results and Segment-wise Financial Report of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, to inform you that in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from August 07, 2015 to August 16, 2015.
